Uganda Safaris
This 10-day safari takes in Uganda's wildlife, gorillas and primates across Rhino Sanctuary, Murchison Falls National Park, Kibale National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Lake Bunyonyi. Experience the Big Five, chimpanzee tracking, tree-climbing lions, Kazinga Channel boat cruise, mountain gorilla trekking and the scenic beauty of Lake Bunyonyi.
Pick-up from the airport by your guide and transfer to your hotel. Kampala tour depending on time of arrival (if before 12pm): Old Kampala Mosque, Kasubi Tombs, Kabaka's Palace, downtown Kampala.
Accommodation: Speke Resort Munyonyo Hotel. Meals & drinks: All meals, drinking water and soda (other drinks at hotel cost).
Driver picks you up and heads to Murchison Falls. Stop 7 km off the main road at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for about 1 hour tracking white rhinos. Lunch in Masindi, then continue to the park and check in at your hotel.
Accommodation: Pakuba Lodge (mid-range, inside park). Meals & drinks: All meals, soda/drinking water.
Early breakfast, then game drive across the plains—giraffes, elephants, lions, leopards (if lucky), Uganda kobs, hartebeest, buffalo, birds. Return for lunch. Afternoon boat ride on the Nile to see crocodiles, hippos, birds and the falls; optional hike to the top or drive up for a view. Return to lodge.

Breakfast, then drive to Kibale National Park. Lunch in Fort Portal, then continue with Rwenzori views. Evening guided nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary—bird species, butterflies, primates. Dinner at lodge.
Accommodation: Kibale Forest Camp (outside Kibale NP). Meals & drinks: All meals, water & soda.
After breakfast, track chimpanzees in Kibale—the park's star inhabitants. Also see red colobus, red-tailed guenon, grey-cheeked mangabey, blue monkey, L'Hoest's and black-and-white colobus. After tracking, guided nature walk through Bigodi Swamp.

Breakfast, then drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park at the base of Lake Edward and Lake George. Evening game drive. Animals include gazelles, Uganda kob, warthogs, elephants, hippos, leopards and lions.
Accommodation: Enshama Safari Lodge (inside park). Meals & drinks: All meals, water & soda.
Early game drive for elephants, lions, leopards, Uganda kobs, warthogs. After lunch, boat ride along the Kazinga Channel—birds, bathing elephants, hippos. Return through the park to the lodge for dinner.

Breakfast, then drive to Bwindi via the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth (famous for tree-climbing lions). Bwindi is the main habitat for mountain gorillas—over 400 live here. Check in and relax at the lodge in preparation for gorilla trekking the next day.
Accommodation: Rushaga Gorilla Camp (inside Bwindi NP). Meals & drinks: All meals, drinking water.
Breakfast, briefing from the ranger, then enter the forest for gorilla tracking. The duration depends on gorilla movements; once you locate a group, you have one hour with them. Return to the lodge for lunch, check out and travel to Lake Bunyonyi—surrounded by terraced hills (2,200–2,478 m) and 29 islands. Boat ride and beautiful views.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Entebbe International Airport with your guide. Stop at the Uganda Equator for photos, then proceed to the airport for your flight home.
